These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sk69 ("sk69", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the sk69 online gaming platform accessible at sk69.club and any associated mobile-optimised interface (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the sk69 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference. To register and maintain an active account on sk69, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

2. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
3. Your use of the Platform must not be prohibited by the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence;
4. You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, or agent of sk69, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
5. You must not be self-excluded from sk69 or any affiliated gaming platform at the time of registration or subsequent access.

sk69 enforces strict age verification as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents to verify your age and identity before withdrawals are processed. sk69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where age or identity verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Any winnings accrued by an underage user are void and shall be forfeited in their entirety. sk69 is committed to preventing underage gambling and takes all reports of underage access seriously.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on sk69. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. sk69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify sk69 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund of deposits.

sk69 reserves the right to require additional verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, in accordance with our international gaming authority licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") requirements.

sk69 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating institutions), and other methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. All payment methods are subject to periodic review and availability may change without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the sk69 account dashboard. sk69 reserves the right to modify these limits at its sole discretion.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. sk69 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes indicated on the Platform; actual settlement times may vary depending on the processing time of the receiving financial institution.

sk69 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other applicable charges, for which sk69 accepts no liability.

All account balances and transactions are denominated in MYR. sk69 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of AML checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspicious account activity.

All bets placed on the sk69 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail with respect to that product.

sk69 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including without limitation in the following circumstances:

• Where sk69 suspects the integrity of an event has been compromised;
• Where a manifest error in odds or pricing is identified;
• Where the bet was placed after the event had commenced or concluded;
• Where the bet forms part of a pattern indicative of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or matched betting;
• Where the account is under investigation for suspicious activity.

sk69 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators ("RNG") independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for each game title are available within the respective game information interface.

Live sports data and odds feeds are provided by third-party data suppliers. sk69 endeavours to display accurate, real-time information but accepts no liability for errors, delays, or omissions in third-party data that may affect bet settlement.

sk69 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods, which are published alongside the respective promotion.

General bonus terms applicable to all sk69 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

1. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full;
2. sk69 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
3. Only one bonus may be active at any time per player account, unless expressly stated otherwise;
4. sk69 reserves the right to amend or revoke any bonus awarded to an account where abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is identified;
5. Players who request a withdrawal while a bonus is active may have the bonus and associated winnings forfeited.

Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting offer terms through low-risk or hedged betting strategies, or collusion with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the sk69 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purpose;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other tools to interact with the Platform without sk69's express written consent;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities of the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account;
• Any conduct that sk69 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

sk69 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to report such conduct to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required.

All content on the sk69 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, game assets, trademarks, and audiovisual content (collectively, "sk69 Content"), is the exclusive property of sk69 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any sk69 Content without sk69's prior written consent.

The sk69 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sk69 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform, the accuracy of information displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sk69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of funds arising from gaming activities;
• Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing by third-party payment providers;
• Errors in third-party sports data or odds feeds;
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sk69's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by sk69's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

sk69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. All gaming and betting products on the Platform carry financial risk. sk69 does not represent that any gaming activity will result in profit.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered sk69 account holders and can be activated through the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Budgets: Set maximum loss amounts per gaming session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to the Platform for a defined period;

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and without question. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register new accounts on the Platform. sk69 reserves the right to close any account identified as belonging to a self-excluded player and to forfeit any balances held therein in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Receipt of a charge-back instruction from a payment provider;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months;
• Receipt of a regulatory direction requiring account closure.

Upon account closure for cause, sk69 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure is not for cause, any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to applicable AML and KYC requirements having been satisfied.

You may close your sk69 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Outstanding promotional balances not subject to completed wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the sk69 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sk69 holds its gaming licence, without regard to that jurisdiction's conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and sk69, you should first contact sk69's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. sk69 aims to acknowledge and address all formal complaints within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") body as designated by sk69's licensing regulator. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or consolidated proceeding against sk69.

sk69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account before the effective date of the amendments. Continued use of the sk69 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
